I was born in Brookline, MA- right outside of Boston.
I am an ERYT-500 vinyasa, prenatal, and restorative yoga instructor. I am also a 50-hour yin yoga instructor and trainer, and spent years as a NASM CPT.
I’ve been a dancer my entire life. Most of my knowledge about the human body is from lived experience through my training, career, and injuries related to dance.
I believe movement is medicine. My hope for everyone is that he/she finds passion in some kind of movement, whatever that may look like.
I live less than a mile from the beach, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Being so close to the water and sand is incredibly revitalizing for me.
I am committed to growth in my continued recovery from an eating disorder, as well as advocacy for those currently fighting through recovery.
Empowered by your practice, stronger in your body, more comfortable in your skin, and ready to move into the rest of your world.
