I hold certifications from Yoga Alliance and Yoga Tune Up, and in trauma-informed yoga from Feet on the Ground.
Yoga is a conversation with yourself. It's a time to invite a certain raw, supportive, and fun honesty into your internal dialogue and empower who you truly are.
I take at least a day each month to get out of the city and recharge by the ocean, see the stars, and go to bed before 10:00PM.
