I did competitive acrobatics throughout high school. I love to cook, and not only easy dishes. I currently sous vide everything obsessively.
I completed Forrest Yoga teacher training with Ana Forrest and Rodney Yee and earned my certificate with Rod Stryker’s Yoga Sutra teacher training. I am also a certified mat Pilates instructor and dedicated Precision Running coach.
