Three stations—zero breaks. Train through rounds of skill-based intervals that test your speed, strength, and grit. Start with a shadowboxing warm-up, then move through your stations. Jump rope and drill on foot to power your agility. Punch out combos on a standing heavy bag and boost your endurance. Hit the weights, increasing your strength and stamina. Leave the studio tapped out and amped up for more.
