About the instructor

Virginia Lee

Virginia has been a Toronto based fitness professional for 10 years . In this time she has co-owned a studio, directed a prestigious corporate facility, co-hosted a retreat, coached athletes to personal bests and simply freelance instructed, Virginia has worked hard to diversify her skills to stay on top of her field. Virginia travels through Toronto downtown core instructing various classes such as cycle, muscle conditioning, bootcamp, cardio kick box, Pilates mat & hatha yoga. As a high energy person, fitness has suited Virginia well, as it allows her to share her passion for music, movement & pursuit of excellence. In addition to helping others, Virginia is an avid marathoner, enjoys travel and loves to bake.
