About the instructor

Eilon Kedem

Eilon began his career as an active professional boxer in 2004. In 2005 he arrived in NYC for his pro day view and and also studied at Brooklyn college for a degree in Exercise Science. Eilon furthered his studies by obtaining certifications from NASM (National Academy of Sport Medicine) and Precision Nutrition (sport nutrition). He teaches from his own practice as an elite athlete and his ongoing studies.
