About the instructor

Katie Osumi

Katie Osumi has shared her love of fitness and health with her students for over 10 years. She has taught all branches of exercise including pilates, indoor cycling, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. She is certified by Ace, STOTT, Schwinn, LeMond, and Spinning. Katie’s clientele includes professional athletes as well as post-cardiac patients. It was a personal back injury that brought her into the world of pilates; a discipline that changed both her body and her life. Katie has developed her trademarked class “CorePlay” which incorporates the best of all she has experienced and learned over the years. Katie’s classes are high energy, FUN, and will push you to your edge.
