This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are not an Equinox fitness club (“Club”) member at any level as of November 16, 2025. Offer applies to Clubs within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom and excludes: 1) E Clubs; 2) Clubs in the pre-sale stage; and 3) the seasonal Club located in Bridgehampton, NY. Qualifying individuals who enroll as a member, at any level, at a Qualifying Club on the day of November 17, 2025 will: a) not be charged an Initiation Fee, and 2) receive a one-hundred US dollar ($100 US) gift card valid that shall apply services at a Club spa, a personal training session, a Pilates session, or at Equinox retail shops (“Gift Card”). Gift Cards must be redeemed one (1) year from the date of issuance. This Offer is redeemable from November 17, 2025 through November 27, 2025 (“Redemption Days”), and this Offer must be redeemed on the Redemption Days only. Redemption means enrolling as a member and is subject to agreeing to the governing Equinox Member Policies and a Membership Agreement and providing valid payment card information. All other membership dues will be charged to the payment card on file according to the governing Membership Agreement. This Offer is for all membership levels and only at a Qualifying Club. This Offer excludes any other fees, costs, or gratuities. This Offer may only be redeemed once, cannot be applied to previous or future Equinox membership agreements, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer.
