Developed by World Champion Rower Josh Crosby, ShockWave blends elements of team competition with self-motivation. This exhilarating class incorporates a series of stations including Indo-row machines and circuit-training equipment for a comprehensive cross-training programme.

 

BARRE BURN
Inspired by the movement and elongated, graceful physique of a dancer’s body, Barre Burn incorporates elements of natural resistance, flexibility, and controlled motion. This dance-inspired favorite tightens the hips, lifts the seat, tones the thighs and firms limbs.
