In 2010, Pure Yoga launched its signature Teacher Training program at Equinox; the program is the ultimate introductory yoga training. Led by Pure Faculty, esteemed Equinox instructors and guest presenters in our thoughtfully designed Equinox studios, the Pure Yoga Teacher Training offers a great way to deepen your yoga practice and learn to share yoga as a teacher or a more enlightened practitioner.

General Program Overview

Training will consistent of 10 weeks of training and will be a focused training curriculum, including physical practice, philosophy and anatomy lectures, vocal training and plenty of hands on practice. Upon graduation from the program, you will also be certified and qualified to join The Yoga Alliance or The Yoga Foundation.

There will be ample time for questions and exploration during the classroom hours and your instructors are always available for questions. Students are required to complete their practical hours at the Equinox and will be able to do so at any Equinox location in their region of training.
