Recognized as one of the best instructors in New York City by New York Magazine, Gregg is a national fitness educator with over 8 years of modern dance and movement training experience. He is certified from ACE and AFFA, and has worked as a master trainer for renowned programs like Schwinn Indoor Cycling and BOSU.

MEET JACQUELYN UMOF

Jacquelyn started as a ballerina and danced her way into the sports arena. She is currently an L.A. Laker Girl, a Schwinn Indoor cycling specialist, a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a certified mat Pilates instructor.

In addition to national certification and degree programs, all personal trainers are graduates from the proprietary Equinox Fitness Training Institute; and they don't take 'I can't' for an answer.

MEET CAITLIN VASSELO

Caitlin is a Tier 4 personal trainer and a coach at our renowned E club at Equinox Greenwich, CT. She has a B.S. In Exercise Science, and is certified through NSCA as a personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist.
Yoga: Yoga

With 12 types of classes and a team of inspiring instructors, you'll be head over heels. All mats, blocks, towels and blankets are provided, and equipment is cleaned daily.

Lashaun is the Creative Manager of Group Fitness and the creator of Equinox's exclusive Conscious Movement classes. She is certified by NSCA, CHEK, and other organizations specializing in yoga, core strength and flexibility training.

Stephanie Vitorino is the Group Fitness Manager for Equinox Woodland Hills. She has over 12 years of coaching experience in exercise physiology, personal training, and group fitness and holds national certifications with both the ACE and AFAA.

Get to the core of it with Pilates, a vigorous full body work out that strengthens and stretches. Sessions are available in our fully equipped Pilates studio.
