THE T4 DIFFERENCE
Tier 4 (T4) personal coaching is a revolutionary training concept which integrates state of the art fitness assessments with a team-based training approach. Customized to your specific needs, your T4 exercise prescription is designed using the results of a series of state of the art assessment packages, ranging from body composition to metabolic rate to a digitized gait and movement analysis. Throughout your personal coaching program, your T4 team collaborates to analyze the data collected from these tests to optimize your fitness results.
