ANUSARA YOGA

Founded by John Friend, this style integrates the celebration of the heart, principles of alignment, and balanced energetic action. By "following your heart" each student's abilities & limitations are explored, respected & honored.

ASHTANGA YOGA

Developed by K. Pattabhi Jois, a vigorous style of specific asanas (postures) is sequenced to emphasize breath, strength, flexibility & endurance.

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle enough to attend every day and ideal for students looking to begin their practice or for those concerned with injury.

HOT STYLE YOGA

A yoga practice of 26 postures performed in a specific order in a heated room to cleanse the body from the inside out. Be prepared to sweat. Improves strength and flexibility. Decreases stress. Enhances body awareness. Helps eliminate toxins.

POWERFLOW YOGA

A dynamic, physically and spiritually energizing form of yoga that sculpts every muscle in the body. Linking one movement into the next for a fabulous flow, and then holding the poses.

HATHA YOGA

A physical approach to the yoga practice connecting postures, movement and breathing.

IYENGAR YOGA

Named after B.K.S. Iyengar, emphasizes attention to detail and precise alignment of postures. Poses are held longer and students are encouraged to use yoga props such as belts and blocks. Good for students concerned with injuries. Stresses understanding the body and how it works. Enhances flexibility and alignment.

POWER YOGA

Our most athletic vinyasa practice. A vigorous, dynamic, physically and spiritually energizing form of yoga that sculpts, hones and tones every muscle in the body. Includes various elements of many different yoga styles.

YOGA FUSION

A combination of pilates ,yoga and stretching exercises. Improves flexibility, range of motion and builds strength.

DYNAMIC VINYASA YOGA

Characterized by flowing sequences that are linked to the breath. Improves strength, flexibility and toning, decreases stress and enhances body awareness. A vigourous, more athletic approach to yoga techniques.

GENTLE HEALING YOGA

Created by Anubha, this flowing restorative class combines hatha postures, sports stretch and Tong Ren energy healing. Gentle enough to attend every day and ideal for students looking to begin their practice or for those concerned with injury. Experienced practitioners welcome.

YOGA BASICS

Beginner yoga class which introduces yoga flows, asanas (poses) and language used in many yoga disciplines.

JIVAMUKTI YOGA

Created by Sharon Gannon and David Life, this style combines a vigorous physical practice with an equally strong foundation in spiritual teachings.

YOGILATES

KRIPALU YOGA

IY: POWER PRACTICE

VIN-HATHA YOGA

This class combines the flow of Vinyasa with the moving meditation of Hatha. The main emphasis of "Vin-Hatha" is to build strength in order to prepare for a more advanced practice with specific focus on alignment and internal balance.

DEEP FLOW YOGA

CORE STRENGTH YOGA FLOW

This class is a vigorous vinyasa flow that focuses on strengthening and moving from the core in each posture. THAI YOGA

A yoga journey that takes you from basic Vinyasa flow exercises to a sequencing of partnered yoga.

FORM FLOW YOGA

Restore the body and renew the spirit as you quiet the mind with this passive, gentle style of yoga, ideal for beginners or those recovering from injuries. The use of props (blocks, blankets and straps) helps to support and ease the body into poses that are held for longer periods of time.

KUNDALINI YOGA

Through an integrated and authentic system of exercise, breath control, and meditation. This style of yoga promotes health, stimulates the mind's potential, and touches one's innermost being by awakening the Kundalini, the energy which is found at the base of the spine.

ATHLETIC YOGA

A yoga class designed to meet the needs of the athlete. The focus is on stretching and strengthening with the intention of improving performance, whatever your sport. Challenging for all levels this workout is truly meditation in motion.

LUNCHTIME YOGA FLOW

Joey Corona's practice of smooth Vinyasa flows that emphasize inner strength manifesting to the outside. This combination of asanas will build strength, balance, inner awareness and will undo the cumulative repetitious patterns of exercise movement (cycling, running and weight training).

FORM & FLOW YOGA
