ANUSARA YOGA

Founded by John Friend, this style integrates the celebration of the heart, principles of alignment, and balanced energetic action. By "following your heart" each student's abilities & limitations are explored, respected & honored.

ASHTANGA YOGA

Developed by K. Pattabhi Jois, a vigorous style of specific asanas (postures) is sequenced to emphasize breath, strength, flexibility & endurance.

GENTLE YOGA

Deep stretches for increased range of motion benefit all fitness levels. Gentle enough to attend every day and ideal for students looking to begin their practice or for those concerned with injury.

HOT STYLE YOGA

HATHA YOGA

IYENGAR YOGA

Named after B.K.S. Iyengar, emphasizes attention to detail and precise alignment of postures. Poses are held longer and students are encouraged to use yoga props such as belts and blocks. Good for students concerned with injuries. Stresses understanding the body and how it works.

POWER YOGA

Our most athletic vinyasa practice. A vigorous, dynamic, physically and spiritually energizing form of yoga that sculpts, hones and tones every muscle in the body. Includes various elements of many different yoga styles.

DYNAMIC VINYASA YOGA

Characterized by flowing sequences that are linked to the breath. Improves strength, flexibility and toning, decreases stress and enhances body awareness. A vigourous, more athletic approach to yoga techniques.

GENTLE HEALING YOGA

Created by Anubha, this flowing restorative class combines hatha postures, sports stretch and Tong Ren energy healing. Gentle enough to attend every day and ideal for students looking to begin their practice or for those concerned with injury. Experienced practitioners welcome.

YOGA BASICS

Beginner yoga class which introduces yoga flows, asanas (poses) and language used in many yoga disciplines.

YOGILATES

Combines Yoga and Pilates to help strenghten your core and lower back with Pilates style exercises while you create flexibility and alignment through Yoga postures focusing on the breath. Benefits include stress reduction and overall flexibility.

KRIPALU YOGA

ALIGNMENT YOGA

IY: POWER PRACTICE

VIN-HATHA YOGA

This class combines the flow of Vinyasa with the moving meditation of Hatha. The main emphasis of "Vin-Hatha" is to build strength in order to prepare for a more advanced practice with specific focus on alignment and internal balance.

DEEP FLOW YOGA

PRANAYAMA MEDITATION

Meditation is a practice to still and calm the mind. Pranayama or breath control practices help energize and cleanse the body. Begin with sun salutations to create heat followed by breathing exercises to relax and calm the mind. A deep, reclining relaxation completes your practice.

ASHTANGA STYLE VINYASA YOGA

A Vinyasa style class sequenced off the Ashtanga primary and intermediate series. Ashtanga Style Vinyasa includes correct breathing, posture, and gazing point. While the class is mostly physical in nature, it's ultimate aim is to calm the mind.

MYSORE ASHTANGA YOGA PRACTICE

The traditional method by which Ashtanga Yoga is taught in Mysore, South India. Students are individually and gradually taught the Primary Series of Ashtanga until they are able to practice the sequence from memory. When Primary Series is complete, Intermediate Series then follows.

VINYASA FOR ATHLETES

This class combines challenging energetic poses and sequences to build strength and balance with restorative poses and techniques that relax the muscles and restore full range of motion. This class will make you a stronger athlete and allow you to train more efficiently.

SPORTS STRETCH

Yoga class focused on strengthening and stretching areas important in sports performance and injury prevention. Appropriate for non-athletes, weekend warriors and elite athletes, come and experience the benefits of this practice and see your performance improve!

DEEP HOT YOGA FLOW
