With a year of incredible member results to boot, Equinox Training Camp is not your typical boot camp. We promise to bring it the Equinox way, with the best exercises, techniques, equipment and world-class instructors to unleash your best body now.
This six-week progressive boot camp program combines resistance training, coordination, cardio drills and metabolic conditioning intervals taught by Equinox’s top instructors to motivate and inspire you to go full out. Commitment to the program is required for all six weeks, 3 workouts/week and participation is limited.
