Signature Programs

At Equinox, we firmly believe that health and fitness is not a “one size fits all” proposition. That’s why we’ve developed range of personal training programs to custom suit your needs and goals. See below for the latest in training technique and programming.

60-MINUTE CUSTOM PROGRAMMING

Each session can include a combination of exercises to increase your endurance, strength, coordination, stability, flexibility and/or athletic performance. All sessions can include hands-on one-on-one stretching.

30-MINUTE CIRCUIT PROGRAM

MAX 30 is designed to deliver results through successive 30-minute, high-energy workouts. This system requires a minimum commitment of two days per week during a four-week period.

THREE-CYCLE SYSTEM

Our proprietary Three-Cycle System is incorporated into each program; it’s designed to keep you continuously stimulated and gaining new ground. Learn new exercises, advance through new movements and achieve results without ever hitting a plateau.
