FORZA!

Italian for "strength and power." Also known as Samurai sword training, the one-hour class is a super-charged workout that blends elements of two Japanese Sword Fighting techniques--Kendo and Aikijujitsu.

IMPACT!

Impact is the evolution of shadow kickboxing. No other workout can bring you the excitement, the intensity and the physical benefits of working on a bag. When striking a bag you are constantly testing your strength, increasing your stamina and are forced to improve your form and technique.

POWERSTRIKE!

Developed by Ilaria Montagnani and taught by Powerstrike! instructors, this karate/kickboxing workout fuses authentic martial arts movements to energizing music.

BOXING

A technique-based class using heavy bags, speed bags, focus pads and jump ropes. Handwraps are required.

CARDIO KICKBOX

An aerobic workout that teaches basic kickboxing skills choreographed to energizing music. Be prepared to have fun and work hard!

ABS, JABS & KICKS!

Robert Wallace's signature kickboxing class is a non-stop, non-contact class includes shadow boxing, calisthenics, kickboxing drills and cardio kickboxing combinations. Tons of kicks, punches, blocks, and footwork.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

A non-stop, non-contact, choreographed cardio kickboxing work out set to popular music. Class ends with balance, abdominals, and flexibility. Fun and easy to follow.

TKO PRO FITNESS BOXING

This class focuses on "real" boxing principles. Curtis Summit, boxer extraodinaire, guides you through this intense boxing experience. Handwraps required. All levels.

BOXING BODY SCULPT

* Traditional Body Conditioning exercises are combined with simple boxing combinations using light weights during the sequences.

KICKBOXING

An aerobic workout that teaches basic kickboxing skills choreographed to energizing music. Be prepared to have fun and work hard!

BOXING BOOT CAMP

Work on creating or enhancing your boxing skills. Great for cardio conditioning, as well as building strength and endurance through, boxing drills, shadow boxing, kickboxing, jump rope, and a variety of core strengthening exercises. Come with your gloves and wraps to participate.

CARDIO KICK

An intense non-contact cardiovascular workout derived from classic boxing and kick-boxing training methods. The class integrates kicks, punches and blocks into high energy, athletic combinations.

BODYSTRIKES!

Ilaria’s newest fitness concept is a total cardio workout designed to shape lean and muscular legs. The routines, based on martial art, ballet and high intensity lower body moves, will improve your flexibility and core strength while burning hundreds of calories.

REAL DEAL BOXING

Train like a boxer with a real boxer. A technique-oriented boxing class that also focuses on self-defense. KARATESTRIKE

An authentic martial arts workout developed by Harry Otto using traditional karate "kata" forms to high energy music. Addresses front, side, back and wheel kicks with an assortment of punching combinations. Levels II/III requires instructor clearance.

ULTIMATE KICKBOXING

T.K.O. CIRCUIT

A dynamic and high intensity boxing circuit comprised of cardio, punching and kicking drills with a focus on form and technique.

CARDIOFIT CAPOEIRA

A high-energy, non-contact, cardiovascular workout that utilizes movements from traditional Capoeira - the complex blend of martial arts, acrobatics, dance and hot Brazilian music.

SHADOW-DO

Challenging combination of boxing and kung fu drills, set to fast-paced house and hip hop music. Created by career martial artist Steve Feinberg, this marriage of applicable combat skill and cardio exercise will keep you at your highest energy possible! (expect singing, dancing, and screaming).

LIGHTS OUT!

ULTIMATE KICKBOXING CIRCUIT

FIGHTTECH
