A dynamic interval training workout performed on a treadmill designed by personal trainer, Jodi Cornish to challenge the body and efficiently burn fat by continuous power walking, running, sprints, and hill intervals. Set Goals and break through comfort zones.

TRANSFORMATION

WILLPOWER & GRACE™

SETS & REPS
